Conditions
CAST Film Preparation and Conditions: Extrusion conditions used to produce cast film include a line speed of 750 fpm. Density results are on Base Resin. Blown Film Preparation & Conditions: Extrusion conditions used to produce 1 mil (0.025 mm) film include a 2.4:1 blow-up ratio and 4.7 lb/hr/inch die output. Density results are on Base Resin.

Applications
EASTMAN HIFOR Polymer LT24017-F is a high strength polyethylene containing no slip and no antiblock. It is designed for high performance cast film applications and is especially well suited for the core layer of cast stretch film. It exhibits good clarity, good stretchability, and very good puncture resistance.
