Applications VORIDIAN polyethylene 18DOA is a low density injection molding formulation suggested for the production of closures where a high melt index material is needed to meet shrinkage requirements and fast molding cycles. It molds with unusual ease and is suggested for large, thin-walled items where stress-crack resistance is not a primary requirement. VORIDIAN polyethylene 18DOA can be used as a base for color concentrates. This formula complies with FDA regulations at 21 CFR 177.1520(c)(2.2) for use in articles for packing and holding food during cooking. Users must make their own determination that their use of this product is safe, legal, and technically suitable for their intended applications.
