| Material tested is a 0.8 mil A/B/A film, where A = 10% of entire film thickness,100% MXSITE LC78099-X, B = 80% of entire film thickness, 100% HIFOR LT717-X. Extrusion conditions used to produce film include a line speed of 750 fpm. | |||

Applications |

| MXSITE LC78099-X polyethylene is recommended for the skin layers of cast stretch film. It will provide a very aggressive cling force in both a stretched and unstretched condition. The excellent cling force comes without a substantial increase in film unwind force. It is designed for machine wrap and hand wrap applications where good processability, low gel content and substantial cling are needed. It can be used as the cling layer in many "one-sided cling" films because it clings well to many non-cling resins. | |||
