Conditions

Extrusion conditions used to produce 1 mil (0.025 mm) film include a 2.4:1 blow-up ratio and 4.7 lb/hr/inch die output. Density results are on Base Resin.

Applications
|
|
MXSTEN CM27057-F is an extra low density polyethylene designed for extremely high strength cast films and contains no slip or antiblock additives. It is suited for use in applications where low temperature sealing, soft product feel and good lot-to-lot consistency are needed. Films produced using CM27057-F exhibit superior, balanced tear resistance as well as low imperfections. Applications for CM27057-F include high performance hygienic and cling films.
